Cecilia&AlfredAlfred was only 12 weeks old when toxic substances were found in his blood. He had even higher levels of certain pollutants than his mother Cecilia.

This film investigates the legislative process behind REACH, the EU regulation that was supposed to protect citizens like Alfred. It turns out that Sweden’s current Minister for the Environment played a debated role when the legislation was passed in the European Parliament.
